A recommended book for teachers and parents

Students and children need a faithful care. Teachers and parents must learn much by being together with them; know and touch their heart unti they find how incredible and important they are.

A need to know...

So many things that I suddenly realize and I think there will be so many things that I don't know better. What I have done, given, and taught my students in the classroom for nine years? Reminding myself for my teaching and personal behaviour and attitude ..and my words I had ever expressed to my students. Now I can feel that how ....they heart for my words. Wish to go back to the moment to rectify my sayings to the appropriate ones.

A few months ago, I found and read this book: Totally Positive Teaching.

A teacher is not always to transfer knowledge, a teacher is to assist students to find themselves as a person who has a great potential. A teacher cannot make students to be but to link students to a readiness in the future.

A teacher must find a very different situation in the classroom beside students' background and their apptitude. However, a student or a child potentially keep his thought of an unsolved or unknown personal 'matter' in his mind deeply. It is also about a family situation, friend, and so forth. And a student can perform their behaviour because of even a single word he heard from his teacher. This may effect his learning and personal attitude. The tougher words and attitude to be given, the tougher attitude children show and the harder to know them well.

A proper approach guides teachers or parents to recognize students or children heart and "their greatness". A proper approach helps adult to encourage children's motivation.
