How do you spell Heaven?
Ben & Jerry's Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream! I consider myself an expert on ice cream, and this really takes the cake! It is one of the few of Ben and Jerry's ice creams that are not crunchy. Yea! Sorry, but I don't like to chew my ice cream. Unless it is red velvet cake of course. It is chewy but it is soft and melts in your mouth. Every bite has lots of cake in it. It is very creamy with the sweet cream cheese flavor. It is also very addicting!!! You may be forced into rehab if you take just one bite. So BEWARE!
Only way to improve the taste.
There is only ONE way to improve the taste. If you are a chocolate lover as I am, you will agree. You can put chocolate syrup on top of the Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream! But unfortunately, that makes it even more fattening. Therefore, if you eat it like that, you may have to join the circus.

I can hear the circus music now. LOL
This ice cream was made for chocolate. When our publix store has buy 1 get one free for Ben & Jerry's I will give it a try. Nice review. Thank you for sharing.:)

I finally purchased some, as they had Ben & Jerry's on sale (buy one get one free) and I was very surprised that I did not like it at all. It did not taste like red velvet to me. Now I did like the Boston creme pie ice cream. Thank you for sharing.:)
