Steakhouse dining in the Old West with great food and entertainment

When you arrive

Most steakhouses can provide a good meal, but how many serve them in the atmosphere of the Old West? That is exactly what you will get at Pinnicle Peak. From the moment you start to stroll down the wooden sidewalks of Trail Dust Town, you can't help to feel like you have gone back in time. All of the employees are dressed in authentic western clothing. If there is a line at the door, it is only a short wait before you are seated. As you make your way to your table, the smell of steaks cooking on a genuine mesquite fire fills the air. Even though there is ample seating, it is divided up into several rooms, keeping that personal tough you get at smaller restaurants. The house special is porterhouse, and you can order one up to 28 ounces. This "Big Cowboy' is only for the hardiest of appetites, and comes with a frsh garden salad, a big bowl of pinto beans and an endless supply of fresh cooked bread. Baked potatoes and other sides are extra. They also offer pork ribs, chicken, salmon, and a kids menu with burgers and hot dogs. The servings here are big, at very reasonable prices.

While you are waiting

Once you are seated, it doesn't take long to find there is only one rule at Pinnicle Pead - NO TIES! Anyone wearing a tie will have it cut off by a bell ringing cowboy. It is then hung by the rafters with thousands (yes, thousands) of other ties, along with a card showing the lawbreakers name and hometown. But don't take too long.....the cooked to order food is served quickly.

After you eat

When you are finished with your meal, you can take in the free wild west show in Trail Dust Town, just outside of the restaurant. This is some of the best free entertainment you will find. For wonderful service, great food and family entertainment, Pinnicle Peak is the place to be.
