Television shows that I love to watch that are fairly current.
TV Shows That Rock
First off let me just say it has been too long since I have written my last page. That being said I love television shows and movies in general. I have a list of shows that I currently DVR/record and watch. If you don't have a DVR or recording device for your television you have to get one, it is amazing. Moving on to the list.
In no specific order this is my list of shows that I record currently or at least within the last several months.
1. The newest one is on Starz called Camelot, only one episode that started last week. It was pretty good I will continue to watch it. Had some action, sex scenes, and a decent plot.
2. The Chicago Code on Fox. I wasn't sure about this show at first but I like it. Pretty much a no name cast but good action and a great story line.
3. Southland on TNT. Southland feels very real. Like you are actually watching cops do their job. The only bad thing I can say about this show is that there is too many story lines following too many main characters going on. Overall good show though.
4. Spartacus Gods of the Arena and Blood and Sand on Starz. Both awesome action, lot of sex scenes, good plot, with okay acting. Great shows overall, absolutely love them.
5. The Cape on NBC I believe. Like the plot a lot, and has great action. Great show.
6. Stargate Universe on SciFi. My favorite of the Stargates. It reminds me a little of Star Trek Voyager, the plot does. Just an awesome show.
7. The Walking Dead on AMC. This show really took off and I was on board from day one. Zombies, zombies, and more zombies, enough said.
8. The League on FX. This comedy is extremely funny and right up my ally, as I play fantasy football religiously.
9. It is Always Sunny in Philadelphia on FX. One of my favorite comedies of all time. The show really has no real point at all, but that is what makes it so great. What are they going to do next is what you ask yourself before each episode.
10. Supernatural on the CW. I like this show a lot, has a ton of action, sexy women, cool car. Like an X-Files meets Dirty Harry.
11. The Event on ABC or NBC, one of the BCs, starts season two this upcoming Monday. Season one was awesome, very intriguing plot.
12. White Collar on USA. Could be one of my favorite shows of all time, and I normally like SciFi and action shows. This show is sexy, so funny, intriguing, while having some action. Must see tv.
13. Burn Notice, also on USA, is another great show. Plenty of action with an amazing plot.
14. Justified on FX. Justified I was very unsure of prior to watching the first episode. I didn't think I would like but it is a really good show with great acting.
15. Human Target on Fox. With 24 over for good, Human Target enters in its place. Unlike 24 it is much more light hearted with a ton of action.
16. V on ABC. This show mirrors the original in some ways but for the 21st century. This is an amazing show one of my favorites.
17. Modern Family on NBC. A very light hearted comedy, that is actually very very funny. Great family show too.
18. Royal Pains on USA. Another great show by USA, they have been one of my favorite networks this past year for new shows. Royal Pains is no different, it is well written with great plot and cast, awesome.
19. Fringe on Fox. The new X-Files I call it, it rocks in every way.
Lastly, FlashForward, Covert Affairs, Sons of Anarchy, The Challenge, Rescue Me, CSI: Miami and NY are just a few others that I like(d) a lot over the past year or so.
Hope you enjoyed my list feel free to add to it, I would like to hear any suggestions on shows I should watch. Thanks
