Now a days the people are falling in internet addict just like smoking and drinking, reduce the computer hours daily

Smoking and drinking are addictions, now a days the new addiction also joined in the addiction list that is “Internet”. In USA this internet addiction crossed its levels long back itself, there is no separate cure for this, The famous producer and comedian Mr Mark Madoff also addicted to this internet by sitting before the computer day and night. Some times from the wakeup that is morning to the night, up to sleeping time, he is spending his time with chatting or watching the mails in the Internet ..He annoyed himself for his behavior. To get out of this addiction, he wish to done an experiment, to spend without the Internet that is , to be away from the computer and spend those 5 days in bathroom itself by locking the doors of bathroom. One fine morning he entered the bathroom with food ,other important items, books for reading, walkman and other playing material, he successfully spend five days in bathroom without computer and Internet. Then He said that now the interest on the computer was decreased in him and he wish to minimize the using of his computer and Internet in future.
