Talk about jazz Class and what I have learned so far
Jazz class
I'm in class right now listening to jazz. It's a jazz class, but watching people in the class is better than the actual class haha. But I enjoy the jazz part of it also especially the older stuff like in the 20's and 30's is the best part of it! Some great names are duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, and bessy smith to name a few. I like how they would use anything that could make music, like plungers, wood blocks, washboardsare some things they used besides regular instruments. One guy that I really like is James p Johnson - he played the piano and he would do this thing called "stride" if you want to get a taste of his music YouTube Carolina shout.
