Reason that not to invest on HYIPs
Recently the online investment activities on HYIP sites are very active. People keep throwing their money into their selected HYIP sites, and extract large amount of revenue in return.
HYIP's concept is very attracting, user just need to invest a few dollars, may $1 - $20, and the site will give u a guranteed intest rate, eg $2-10% DAILY in return. Therefore, user can gain a lot, maybe a doulbe of their money quickly.
However, if you understand how the HYIP companies work, you will understand this is not safe action for ur money.
HYIP companies first gather a lot of users' investment, maybe a million in total. Then, when individual user request for their money back, maybe about $100, the company can afford it, and the user get his or her earning too. However, if large amount of user request for money, the company cannot afford, or cannot get anying earning itself, and then the company will be closed and no ser can get their money back.
Therefore, HYIP companies always closed before user try to get the money back. Very little companies can survive for 2 months.
That's why HYIP investing is actually a gambling, not investing, just do it only if you don't care lossing the invested money!
Another issue is , paypal don't accept HYIP site's payments. Therfore, you need to apply for other site such as Abertiy Reserve. Then you transfer your money from paypal > LB >HYIP sites. Additional Service charge are caused in between, and I am not sure if LB can be transfer back to paypal currently!
