Review of Barbara Dee Holiday Winter Chocolate Mint Cookies. Only one dollar. You must check these out. I loved them!

Best One Dollar Chocolate Mint Cookies

I love chocolate and I also love mint, so when I came across a box of Barbara Dee Holiday Winter Chocolate Mint Cookies in the boxed cookies section of my local favorite Dollar Tree store, I was delighted. These looked so good! I decided to purchase them, try them out and write a product review all about my experience with them. Here is what I discovered!

I bought one box of Barbara Dee Holiday Winter Chocolate Mint Cookies for only one dollar. What a spectacular snack deal! Each box has thirty-two cookies in it. This is a very food budget friendly item, for sure. One of my favorite cookies in the world is the thin mints Girl Scout cookies. These are very similar, I discovered! They are chocolate wafers, crispy with mint flavor. When I tasted these, I adored them. They are crunchy, crispy and very chocolate mint flavored. These are delicious. Very high in quality and these are made in the USA. Spectacular! I fell in love with these. I rate them five stars out of five stars. They can’t be beat. I will be buying these again. The best chocolate mint cookies for one dollar!

One eight cookies serving has 160 calories. 70 of those calories are from fat. One serving has 8 grams of total fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 0 mg’s of cholesterol, wow, 90 mg’s of sodium, 21 grams of total carbs, less than 1 gram of dietary fiber, 11 grams of sugars and 1 gram of protein. This snack does have a small amount of iron in it. This product does contain soy, wheat and milk ingredients.

I loved trying Barbara Dee Holiday Winter Chocolate Mint Cookies and writing this product review about them. They are so affordable and tasty. I was really impressed and pleased with this product. I recommend them. For holidays, they are great. Mint and chocolate cookie lovers will appreciate these. I do! A true chocolate mint winter cookie treat.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed these cookies are almost identical to Girl Scout Thin Mints. The only difference detectable to my palate being the tiny flakes of candy-cane in the Winter Mint ones. The cookie center in Winter Mints, at least the ones I have, aren't chocolate, though (the Girl Scout ones weren't always,.. I remember my cookies!). Winter Mint cookies are also available at Big Lots. I bought a stupid quantity of them yesterday - enough to last a few months (or at least days).

Are the cookies suitable for Vegetarians? I'm one and my mom bought these cookies. I wanted to make sure that they were suitable for vegetarians before I eat them.

I found these also at the Dollar General store. I didn't read the box very well obviously as I thought I was buying a generic peppermint patty--you know, like York--for my 7 year old daughter who loves them. Oh what a wonderful surprise! We love them and they really do taste just as good or better than the girl scout thin mints!
