Have you ever noticed on daytime, parents always manage to be able to ship the children off to the grandparents on a whim, whereas real life parents may not be that lucky in being able to just ship the children off to the grandparents at the drop of a hat?

Have you ever noticed on daytime, parents always manage to be able to ship the children off to the grandparents on a whim, whereas real life parents may not be that lucky in being able to just ship the children off to the grandparents at the drop of a hat?
On daytime television, parents don't seem to have a problem with finding a babysitter to take the kids when they want to go out on the town, go on the lam, or even go to work. Real life parents have to deal with either getting a family member available to watch the kids, or if that is unavailable, find some daycare center to watch the kids.
