This article describes my unsuccessful thus far journey with Triond. Furthermore, it is an outreach for advice on how to obtain my goals as a freelance writer.

Is it Me?

My writing experience with Triond has been stagnant. This is not because I have not been writing or writing enough. This is not even from lack of views to my work. As far as the Triond community is concerned, I have not written any work. This is NOT a fact. I have submitted at least 5 articles, all of which have been declined for the same reason : "You have submitted duplicate content." I am completely fuddled as to why this keeps occuring. Over 50 percent of my articles written have been without prior research and have been strictly my opinions and/or experiences. I believe it might be my titles that are non-original i.e Cures for Yeast Infections, How to Breast Feed, etc. This has prompted me to use, as the title for this article, my Triond name, which I HOPE is original. I believe this to be the only logical reason, that aligns with my decline notifications, that my work still hasn't been posted.

Jumping Into the Future

Even after posting an article that included my Triond username, it was still denied for the same reason. The article that I attempted to post was the previous paragraph, which, again, was an original.
I went to the help section and the closest I got to an answer was the content of my work not being suitable. Again, this was completely perplexing as some of my articles written were informative. Also, if this is true, why does it keep saying that I have duplicate content rather than the actual reason?
My intentions for joining Triond were to get exposure to my work, as many others. However, there has been no movement towards success. Toiling to get the article perfectly correct, by the intangible stardards of Triond, is inauspicious to maintaining the originality of my work. My work has been to no avail. The hopes of me being prominent with Triond are diminishing. I am slowly attempting to post less and less articles as I already know my outcome, the efforts of my time.

They must have caught a duplicated sentence or something. You have to be 100% original. Sometimes people cheat they copy sentences word for word from other articles, sometimes they take whole paragraphs and only change a word or two - again this is cheating.

I personally didn't have any problems with triond but i know two of my friends who have lots of problem with triond's acceptance. And one of them writes short stories where it is difficult to find Duplicate content. Stay on Wikinut, here Moderation system is best thanks to our Human Moderators

Thank you for your opinions. Even my personal experiences were being turned down, which are 100 percent original. Thank you for the enlightenment about the moderation system. I appreciate it.

I had experienced the same, so far I had 50 declined articles at Triond though I did not give up and leave just like that. I had go back and checked them out if those links where Triond had spotted duplicate contents were really related to my articles, I found them wrong. So I fixed those declines articles and I included those links to my articles that according to Triond showed some duplicate contents. As I always said if you are the original author of your works you have to depend them in any way. Luckily those declined articles were all published. Did you know that Triond is also accepting articles that are already published on other sites? I have proven it many times. My articles that were first published on Wikinut were also approved and published at Triond. Don't give up - it is part of writing life.

In addition - use "Google that for you" any topic first you want to write. Google that for you helps spot duplicate contents.

Almost all publishers are using COPYSCAPE.COM. You can use also this site to know if what you have written has duplicate contents aside from Google that for you. Thanks and welcome.

I found it strange when you rely on hundred percent on machines to catch the plagiarism. Although there are a lot of debates on the issue. So far I know, if they want to stop you whatever you write they will reject, as programmed. Well, if you have problems with triond, don't worry there are many to explore. Thanks for sharing.

It might be a glitch from Triond, why are these happening to a number of writers which they are 100% sure the article was original. I once submitted an article to another website and was rejected because of duplicated content. Is quoting a paragraph to another website a duplicated content? That was an excerpt as a support to the topic. It has a backlink from the original source and well cited. Let me know your ideas about this. Thanks.
