The Most Enjoyable Online Stategy War Game

I've played some multiplayer strategy games online and after some time, I get bored in most. Some of them demand extra money to unlock special features. But there's a gem that I found, Its 1000 AD.

Online Gaming and Me
I'm sure most people who spend time online have some time or the other played a multiplayer game, strategy or any other type.I've too. First I played Travian(so many ads), then some other ones whose names I've forgotten. If I remember correctly then I've not logged into my account with most of these sites for quite some time, so they must've closed them down. I now play one game, 1000 AD. It is a gem I found on the Internet. There are many different reasons why I call it a gem, which I will state.
A completely Free game
Firstly, the game is completely free, so you don't have to give out any money from your pocket. The Game's sole way of making money is by donations, and those who donate too are just counted as normal players, ie, there's no special feature/features for money. All players play as equal. If I make a lot of money through writing, then I'm thinking I'll donate something to this website.
Game Community
Secondly, the community is not overcrowded,in the standard game you can find up to 200 players, most them active. But that does not restrict its popularity to a specific country, there are groups of Russians, Americans,Brits,Denmark, Indians, Pakistanis etc playing.The game has a good system of communication with other players too and you can also make alliances.
Game Structure and Organization
Then there is the game itself,a very good organized game, you can play many different types of the same game, which includes Standard game, Express Game,Blitz Game etc. The game is turn based, so it does not matter that you only play for ten minutes or ten hours. It hardly requires much of your time, and if you have a connection which restricts data usage to a few GBs then this game is for you, it does not require too much of data transfer.
Other Features
Other reasons are also there, like the game provides a forum, a lounge in each game, and you also meet new people from around the world while playing the game. You can choose from many different Civilizations too. These reasons mentioned have probably explained why 1000 AD is my favourite Online Strategy War Game. Hope you play it too!
