A review of an Antec 902 case, a solid gamer case on the cheap!

I have had mine for around 3 months and it has not let me down once. I bought this as i needed to cool down my graphics card down and my old case from acer did not do the job very well, so I trawled the internet trying to find the right case for me. Then I found it the Antec 902. It has four fans: one at the back; one at the top; and two at the front, and space for one on the side and one behind one of the hard drive bays. The air flows though the case is insane as air is pumped though the front and then out the back and top. All of the fans light up a "gamer" blue, just so you can show off to your mates really.

The Case

The case design is very attractive to the eye and not hard to look at as some cases on the market are these days. It is made out of what seems to be steel and has rubber pads on the four small legs to stop it slipping, a great help when it is on a desk next to you. It has lots of space inside, great if you are thinking to upgrading to a bigger graphics card like a nvida gt280.

It has two usb ports and a SATA port and mic and audio jack, all of which are useful. I tend to use these more than the ones on the back. it comes with a long SATA lead to connect to the motherboard, however you do not need to use it if you dont feel the need to do so.

It has lots of room inside for all types of motherboard and with the power supply situated at the bottom it is easier to connect everything. This was the first time i had taken everything out of my computer and then put it all back together and with this case i found it very easy, so if you are a beginner i would highly recommend this for you. There is a compartment in the side so if you take the side panel off you can hide cables in there so air flow is kept at a maximum.

Overall it is a very good case which is very big, looks good, and does a good job of keeping your components cool! hope this has helped you.
