Very rarely we find some unique and astoundingly compiled pages on Internet.

Funom Makama has published such an astoundingly beautiful and musical page at Wikinut in an amazing manner to everyone's surprise.

This article is a short review of Funom Makama's well-researched paper about the rare information about world's healing music.

Makama's well-researched paper on the healing power of music.

I was wonder-struck by this very special page about the therapeutic music listing compiled and published by Dr Funom Makama.

Here is the page: Music Therapy: The Soul Nourishment and Healer (1000 Songs case samples)

Dr Funom Makama was very generous to share his personal experience of the best music he has been enjoying and his joy has no bounds in sharing his views about the therapeutic qualities of the most wonderful music of the world.

This page appears to be the longest page ever published on Wikinut and has 112 sections with112 images. I wanted to know the length of this long page and opened in MS word and checked the page properties.

This web page runs to 89 pages in Print Layout and 51 pages in webpage view in MS Word.

It has 13,122 words, 57,867 characters (70,584 characters with spaces), and 449 paragraphs in 1765 lines.

It is a fact that everyone likes music.

There is this famous Sanskrit saying about music:

शिशुर्वेत्ति पशुर्वेत्ति वेत्ति गानरसं फणी।

"A baby perceives the essence of music; so does a cow; so does a snake.
That is, a baby, a cow and a snake - all enjoy listening to music."

I love music. And I don't think there is anyone who doesn't love music. People may have different tastes for different type of music. But it is a fact that everyone likes music.

I was excited to quickly grab those songs suggested by Dr Funom Makama. But listening to 1000 (one thousand) songs will take a life time for me, I thought.

Then I realized with what great interest and unusual enthusiasm he has been researching and listing out the best music while experimenting with his own moods at different times.

It was quite amusing to note that Jerry Walch, said that he was seldom ever at a loss for words as he always had something to say but this time he commented thus:"I really don't know what to say about this article except WOW"

Undoubtedly Dr Funom Makama has put a lot of great effort in compiling this amazing page.

Among all the thousand songs he mentioned, I can say that I love the Titanic song by Celion Dion.

Dr. Funom is an awesome guy. Couldn't believe he had that patience or inspiration to write that monumental article. But that wasn't the first, I remember he published a "wrestling" article just as colossal. Thanks, dear Rathna, for your unselfishly written article on this man. Namaste!

Wow.... I really lack words to say other than "A big thank you".... I was speechless reading this and seriously, I am honored and privileged to be acknowledged like this... This is one of the main reasons why I have left other article sites to concentrate more here... We are like a family here, united, having each other's backs and as well encouraging each other...

I consider it a privilege of a life-time to contribute to the world through wikinut...

Rath, thanks a whole lots and I hope we not only write to express ourselves and/or have fun but also to motivate, encourage and bless each other...I LOVE WIKINUT!

Hi Makama,
I was really wonder-struck when I first saw the best music list on your page.

I was contemplating on how to appreciate your efforts and generosity.

Then I came up with this idea of writing a page exclusively for you.

I think motivating each other as Wikinut writers puts us in win-win situation.

Not only wonderful but one of the most memorable piece of human work I have ever seen. Someday I hope to hold this work as a book in my hand. I found many singers whom I loved most in the list and really wished all titles had links to their recordings. It shall not be said that music heals, but that the universe is created with music. The rocks, the stones, the grass, the trees, the woods, the grass hoper, the sparrow, the human being-all have waves of music as the basic substance in them. When their frequencies, modulations and configuration alters, we become sick. When corrected through right sonar applications, we heal. Dear Funom Makama here made a generation's work easy. It is really the great heritage of music in a page. Music crosses the borders of nations, oceans and continents and reaches the hearts of human beings on strange lands. It is true that God stands just behind those who sing, so close that we will wonder who is singing actually. Had it not been Rathnashikamani's this article I would have been very late to see the wonder world dear brother Funom Makama opened here. Thank you both for making this world delightfully brighter.
