A popular drink in many countries of the world

Coffee is a beverage that is prepared by cooking fried seeds of coffee, usually in water or milk. This drink is very popular in many countries of the world. Shortly after consumption it leads to mild nerve stimulation which increases awakening, then causes a feeling of heat but insomnia and palpitation too. If you take coffee several times a day, it couses excitement, anxiety. Two cups of coffee a day, seems enough.

Interesting facts about coffee

The most expensive and rarest coffee - Kopi Luwak (Indonesian). 100 g of this coffee sells for about 75 U.S. dollars! Animals, Paradoxurus, feeds with grain of coffee, and grain that passes through their digestive tract, gets a specific tastes, which give enzymes from the stomach of the animal. Digested grains are collected and used for making the most expensive coffee in the world! :D
In my country people usually drink Espresso coffee, Kapucino, Turkish coffee. It has been calculated that the maximum, harmless, quantity of coffee is nine cups a day. But as for 4 to 6 hours effect of caffeine is lost, the daily dose can be significantly higher. But be careful with this drink!

Coffee affects the concentration

Caffeine, as a mild stimulant, has a positive effect on mood, and some studies have shown that it raises the level of mental and physical preparedness, prevents the decrease of concentration, reduces depression and anxiety. (reactions to psychoactive substances are different)
So when you preparing the exam, and learning, do not use tablets, pills of caffeine or amphetamines (it's a kind of brain doping - increase the concentration for a while, but then rapidly decreases concentration - causes sleepiness too). One cup of coffee for one or two hours of learning. My recommendation for a positive and successful learning is not to pile up material, read and learn every day for a couple of hours, with a cup of coffee of course! I drink Turkish coffee, the frst cup early in the morning, after breakfast, than the secound cup afternoon. Also I recommand you to drink water, drink a lot, especially when you learn. Eat walnuts, and carrots. Do not force yourself: don't hurry but don't make big pouses! My experience in successful learning is learning with coffee.

Interesting article Dydy. I'm a coffee drinker extraordinaire, consuming ten to fifteen cups everyday. I have actually developed an immunity to caffeine.

Thank you Jerry, 10 cups of coffee a day ? Do you put sugar in it, or without? I think it's too much coffee, but what kind of coffee is it? Maybe your coffee is diluted with milk or something? Thanks tor com. :)

Hi Dydy. My coffee is not diluted with anything--no milk, no creamer, no sugar or any other sweeteners. I drink my coffee John Wayne style, which means, if you aren't familiar with that expression, I drink it very strong and very black. I've been drin king my coffee that way since I was about ten years old which means I've been drinking strong, black coffee for some sixty years now.
