4Combine 1 tsp. of sesame oil with onion, garlic, ginger, and carrot and cook covered at power 10 until the vegetables are soft and aromatic, about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
5Add the mushrooms, cabbage, and green pepper and cook covered at power 10 until the cabbage is wilted, about 2 minutes.
6Combine the vegetables with the rice and snow peas cook covered at power 10 until heated through, about 1 minute.
7Quickly toss the egg and the hot rice mixture together. Once combined, add the remaining sesame oil. If more heat is needed to finish cooking the egg, place the dish back in microwave and cook covered at power 10 for 30 seconds.
8Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper and serve immediately.
