Hot pot is a kind of traditional Asian cuisine. It is the simplest but very awesome way to taste food. In a cold and gloomy day, hot pot seems the best food for you.

Hot pot is easy to prepare and to eat. All things you need are one pot with boiled soup inside, but we do not put any meat or vegetable in the soup. The soup will be cooked continuously, meats and fresh vegetables will be placed on the table. If you want meat, just put it in the pot and then take it out when it has done neither do the vegetables. Everything are fresh, hot and delicious!

Eating hot pot is not only eating food but also an interesting activity. People sit around the hot pot, they put food into the soup, they take it out and taste it, they drink, they talk, they laugh, they can sing or do anything they want while eating and their food will be kept hot everytime. You will feel warm, not only your body but also your soul when you are eating hot pot.

Because people eat fresh meats and vegetables when they have hot pot so it seems the best food to give you energy, protein, vitamins. People eat many kind of meat and vegetable in one hot pot dinner. If you eat hot pot everyday, you can gain more health, avoid cold and flu, work and study better.

Eating hot pot is a nice tradition in the Asian countries. You should try it one, it is not to hard to prepare and very delicious!
