A review of the movie, In Time, with Justin Timberlake that came out in 2011.

Review and clip

Below find a clip from "In Time" a movie starring Justin Timberlake. It is about a future where things are quite different and was made in 2011.

It seems that humanity has found a way to bio-engineer people so that they never age beyond 25. However, you don't necessarily die at that age. You can buy your way into more and even more time. Of course, the process of buying time implies that other folks are around to sell time. In all the ways that count, time is a commodity then just as money is now; used to buy and sell, and as a reward for work and services provided.

Justin plays a character from "the wrong side of the traits" who has to work and pinch every minute (time is their currancy) to survive and occasionally to help those around him survive.

He is accused of murder and goes on the run with a hostage. Their relationship is a major focus of the movie.

Below, there is a trailer to give you a glimpse into the movie. As you can see, regardless of commodity of exchange, inflation seems to be a constant concern.

4 out of 5 on the vickiemeter.
