Generally, what happens is that when viewing a web page, it will "crash" and then be presented a message below the address bar with the message "Could not load Shockwave Flash". This behavior can also be followed by a pop-up asking if you want to quit Chrome tabs not responding.

Learn how to fix the bug in Shockwave Flash GOOGLE CHROME

As I have said often enough, use the Google Chrome browser to surf the Internet because it is fast, stable and reliable. However, some users have, sooner or later, problems with the plugin from Adobe, Shockwave Flash. This is not a security flaw, but causes errors when loading Flash technology based content such as videos or games, for example.

Generally, what happens is that when viewing a web page, it will "crash" and then be presented a message below the address bar with the message "Could not load Shockwave Flash". This behavior can also be followed by a pop-up asking if you want to quit Chrome tabs not responding.

Why does this happen?
The reason that this happens only in Chrome due to the way the browser handles Flash content. While other browsers invoke Flash installation system, Chrome has included internally installing the plugin. When it launched a new version of Chrome's internal installation of Flash is updated.

Unfortunately, things can be complicated, because Chrome is very easily confused when trying to use to install Flash that resides in the operating system and indoor installation. The result is the browser starts to feel sluggish, temporary blockages and stopping the browser on all instances of Flash assets. Flash will this time will realize how many sites use since the alert will appear on each open tab you need the plugin.

How to solve?
The solution presented is to circumvent the problem, since the Google Chrome team has not succeeded at all address this issue in different browser versions that will launching. First have to enter the address chrome: // plugins in your address bar. Now scroll through the list of plugins installed on your Chrome and locate named Flash. If you have something like Flash (2 Files) then there is a strong possibility that your error was due to what was described earlier.

Step 1:
In a new tab type in the address chrome: // plugins

Step 2:
Click on "+ Details" in the top corner of the page so you can see the various occurrences of the various plugins installed.

Step 3:
Find the Adobe Flash Player plugin.

Step 4:
Disable the internal Chrome plugin. So we "compel" that Google Chrome uses only Flash operating system.

Step 5:
Close Chrome and reopen it for the changes to take effect.

Retest with pages started having problems. In our case, YouTube was not able to upload the videos and run this solution, we overcame the problem.

Note that this method can not solve all the problems with the Shockwave Flash Plugin and some users may find only one instance of Flash installed plugins in Google Chrome. Fortunately this method solves the problem in most cases.

Note:

In some cases, updating the graphics card drivers from the computer solves the problem;
When Chrome has automatically update to a new version of the browser, plugins can be enabled automatically; In case of an update, make sure the plugin is still disabled or if you have to repeat the process again if it finds that have errors;
Some users report that found 3 plugins adobe flash instead of two. Disable all except the operating system. In the case of windows, is the one with the path "C: \ Windows \ system32 \ Macromed \ Flash \ ..."
