A review of the 32 GB iPod touch- What features does this have for students and professionals?

The iPod Touch, like most Apple products, looks great out of the box. With plenty of aftermarket products to choose from, customization is also simple.

No complaints in this category. That's really all there is to say about it.

SCORE: 25/25

Built-in Features

The iPod comes stock with several apps: Web Browsing, email, music, video, maps, calendars, memos, etc. Without even adding other apps, the product is useful for most daily tasks you need to complete.

If you own a Mac, this will become your computer away from your computer. You can sync your calendars, music, mail, video, and other apps so that you have this information with you at all times. Another plus for the iPod.

SCORE: 25/25

I already addressed the fact that there are a TON of aftermarket products for the outside of your iPod, but what about the insides? Well, the app store has you covered there.

This mega-mall of programs has everything from games, to financial software, to photo utilities, to everything in between. If you need to increase your productivity while you're out and about, you'll find everything you need in the iPod Touch. And with such a small file-size, you never have to worry about having too many apps.

SCORE: 25/25

While the iPod is a great tool, there are some problems with it. The screen, without a "Protector" is very susceptible to scratches and smudges. I would have liked to see a few Apple-produced screen protectors included. However, these are relatively inexpensive to purchase.

I have experienced no software issues or crashes at all. Overall, another positive section for the iPod.

SCORE: 20/25

If you own a Mac computer, this product really shines with its compatibility. On a Windows PC, the lack of compatibility with certain functions may hinder your use. All in all, I am incredibly happy with my purchase, and it is something I would recommend to anyone who wants to keep their calendars, emails, music, photos, videos, and all their applications with them at all times.
