HBO fans are exciting about the new twist and turns of True Blood. The series deviates from the books and this makes reading the books even more tempting. You should definitely take a look at both.

True Blood on HBO

When this show first came out I was unsure if it was something I would want to see after having read Charlaine Harris' books. Quickly I found myself addicted to it. The twist and turns that the directors have taken are amazing. The actors are exceptional and I love that Bill has a british accent in real life. The newcomers and different story line keeps me on the edge of my seat and when it is over I am practically begging for more. Charlaine Harris said in an interview that she watches and can't wait to see what they will do next. The series has so many fans, I am sure there is no way to even estimate the number.

Eric has gone from a villain to one of the sexiest men on tv and we are seeing a side of him that surprises us all. Just like the movie Twilight, I expect there to be a split in who fans wants Sookie to wind up with.

The writers have deviated from the original format of the books and it is like getting two separate series. The special effects and actually working with real wolves had to be exciting. There are times I think I would give my right eye to be in Sookie Stackhouse's place. Yet, as time goes by and the series gets more intense on HBO, I am sure I will be very happy to have my calm and normal life.

The HBO series True Blood is amazing and if you haven't watched it, I must suggest you do. If you love supernatural things then you will fall inlove with the vampires, werewolves, fairies, shapeshifters and witches in this series.

The True Blood Books

At the same time if you haven't picked up a copy of Charlaine Harris' books then you are truly missing out on something. Her writing style is excellent and she really hits home with her depiction of the south. The love triangle between Bill, Sookie and Eric is a story that will have every reader enthralled. Charlaine takes her own southern heritage and incorporates it into every book. She writes with such passion and skill that makes it so easy to picture every scene in each book. The story moves in a way that keeps you coming back for more. These books are top sellers and on the day of release you will see a line waiting to get a copy. Everyone wants to know what is next for the small town heroes and I am always right there waiting as well. I absolutely recommend you pick up a copy today of the first book if you have never read them and find out what inspired the HBO series.

I think that HBO series "True Blood" is better than the Book because I have imagine their situation when I read a book. However, If I watch HBO series "True Blood," I can totally enjoy watching every single episode. It will be a great time.
