Wonderful Wines to Enjoy- Horse Heaven Hills 2014 Supporters II Blend

Cascadia rules in Major League Soccer circles, as the league in this 2016 saw the hard work of its native Seattle Sounders rising to the occasion, it is here where this Paterson, Washington Estate dedicates a label to its champions.
I already mentioned about the other work of art created by the people of Columbia Crest in their H3 collections and by honoring both of its Cascadia squads all around achievement in league circles.
In this Supporters Blend II blend, we have the combination of Merlot, Syrah and Viogner.
The percentage given to each varietals consists of 63% for Merlot one of Washington States vintners gem of a wine, 33% Syrah and 4% Viogner both wines already benefited by this State climate have found a home thanks to its mineral rich soils.
Not a difference between its brother Match day, this wine one of a kind technique that this winemaker use was the same as its other masterpiece, by putting the grapes skins to be fermented and get its best juices that God of wine Bacchus blessed.
With a 17-month period in American and French oak barrels, blending the juices and generating a one of a kind and amazing red wine to enjoy on game day as well toast after the Sounders score a goal sending the whole of Century Link into frenzy.
Still this wine has a nice 14% alcohol in its contents, which is recommendable to let it air and later enjoy it fruitiness in its bouquets and overall taste, offering a nice black fruits, coffee and cocoa in its nose.
As this beauty of a wine shows off in the palate cocoa and coffee accents, an array of black fruits make their presence felt now you take your first sip and wow, indulged in an all-around delight.
Alone or accompanied by any cuisine, this delight will pair very well with pepper steak, seasoned lamb or beef, stews, pates, heavy duty cheeses, as Parmigianino reggiano, blue cheese, stilton, grilled steaks, pork loins and mushroom risotto.
For many oenophiles, the technical data this wine PH is 3.78, TA 0.56g/ 100ml and aged in combination of American and French oak barrels for 60% in older barrels.
At the end, this wine you keep in you cellar as well collection, you can go wrong.

Drink with Moderation and Responsibly!
